Meet Our Team

Hi! I’m Paul Logan. I was born and raised in in Jacksonville, FL. I mostly attended private schools and graduated from Bishop Kenny High School. After some time in college, I enlisted in the Marine Corps. During that time, I graduated from the Technical Imagery Analysis Course at the NGA Fort Belvoir, VA. As an Imagery Intelligence Analyst, I spent majority of my time in the Asian Pacific participating in exercises and operations. I strongly believe my time in the Marines taught me the discipline needed to be a good agent. The leadership skills and sense of urgency to make things happen drive me to succeed. My main strengths as a real estate agent are the ability to listen to my clients and the ability to handle adversity and perform. My main areas of operation are in the Fredericksburg/ Stafford area and the Northern Neck. A good philosophy or message I could share with my clients would be to trust your gut instincts when deciding whether to purchase a particular home. When you find the home that checks all your boxes, you won’t have to think, you’ll know that this is the right home. In my free time I enjoy playing golf and going to the gym. I am blessed with three beautiful children and love animals.

A graduate of Liberty University, Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She also has a designation in Insurance Practices from AICPCU/IIA. Tina crossed over a couple of career paths that have all been centered in working with people and maintaining the highest level of customer service. She enjoyed a 10 year span within the field of insurance claims and subrogation, plus owned and operated a successful cleaning business for a decade.

Tina has lived in Tappahannock for the last 27 years, where she raised her two sons. She enjoyed volunteering and serving in leadership roles with youth sports organizations for many years while her boys were growing up. Now that Tina is an empty nester and no longer spends every weekend at a baseball field watching travel ball tournaments, she likes to explore the different vineyards that Virginia has to offer and relax at the Rivah when she is not out showing homes to clients. Other favorite things to do include spending time loving on her granddaughter, and traveling to Charlottesville to visit her favorite WaHoo.
